Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase.   If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may exchange your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery date.  We do not offer any refunds in exchange for store credit  only

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable

To start an exchange you can contact us at iamkimberlyt7@gmail.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for customer service to respond. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If you ship an item for an exchange we suggest that you use delivery confirmation. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a store credit to use within 30 days of issue date.   Klutched Kouture is not responsible for any lost merchandise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories are final sale 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on clearance sale items or gift cards.

Discount Codes are only valid during the time of purchase.  If you return an item, discount codes cannot be transferred to your next purchase.
